With a growing popularity in backcountry skiing, snowboarding and touring throughout the rockies places such as Banff and Canmore can become a very busy place, but you will not find this to be the case in Waterton Lakes National Park. You will experience miles and miles of open terrain, in-tree skiing and exposed slopes to claim as your own with no one else around.
